It’s party time. We’ll arrive around 90 minutes before your event to set up!

  • Set-up is always included—no surprise fees here. We’ll arrive at least 90 minutes before your scheduled service start time to set up the booth and backdrop and make sure everything is running smoothly. If you’ve added idle hours, the booth will be fully set up before those begin so nothing interrupts your event. If our arrival timing conflicts with other activities, just let us know and we’ll work together to find the best solution.

  • We require approximately 10’ x 10’ x 10’ of space and a standard three-prong outlet within 25 feet for setup. If your space is smaller, let us know—we’re happy to discuss options.

  • We focus on creating a polished, personalized experience your guests will actually enjoy—from a beautiful booth design to custom details and instant prints, all backed by professional-grade equipment.

  • We recommend as early as possible to lock in your date! Most clients will book at least 4-6 weeks ahead of time - longer if you’re securing us as a wedding vendor
